Great food and excellent company. We’ve been to some good and a couple of very good restaurants in the past 16 days in Greece, but this experience was better. Alex cooked us lovely food and we appreciate how he adapted to differing options required by our four group members. Every course was delicious.
Alex and Ilia make a great team. They are both friendly, charming and a fount of information about Greece and Greek food.

We had the pleasure to taste the modern greek taste spring menu, Alex prepared for us last weekend. The absolute highlights were the warm starter “Trahanas” and Alex’s version of “bougatsa” an otherwise typical greek dessert. Me and my boyfriend appreciated the fact that all dishes were prepared in front of us, while both Alex and Ilia provided interesting details on ingredients, their origin and cooking techniques. It was a beautiful evening and the interaction with Alex and Ilia just added to the pleasure of joining the event.
