Italy has introduced the world to its outstanding cuisine and wine but also has great cocktails.   In this video, I demonstrate how to make the outstanding Italian drink, an Apertivo Spritz, a flame-colored cocktail with an orange tint and a tangy taste.  I’m joined by Amanda Reed, Megan Brunn, Amber Williams, Jessica Daugherty and Amande Lee, where we make everyone an Apertivo Spritz and talk about the items on a meat and cheese tray that accompanies our drinks.

Bell Pepper & Cheese Curd Frittata

A Frittata is the Italian version of the omelette.  The frittata may the world’s most perfect food because it is simple to make, low cost and can be made with both fresh and leftover ingredients along with being the perfect dish for both breakfast or lunch.  In this video, I use green and red bell peppers along with cheddar cheese curds to make an incredibly delicious and flavorful Bell Pepper & Cheese Curd Frittata.
