Menu

I will be cooking a three course Lebanese meal, inspired by a recent trip to Beirut. The menu is as follows:

Starter

Tabouleh

Hummus

Baba Ghanouj

Grilled Hallouhmi

Tomato, Cucumber and Mint Salad

Served with freshly baked Mankousheh, Lebanese flat-bread, topped with a mix of Za’atar and Harissa

Main Course

Slow-cooked Harissa and Garlic Chicken

Aubergine and Potato Mossaka

Roasted cauliflower with tahini and garlic

Rice with vermicelli and garlic

Dessert

Maamoul stuffed with dates, pistachios and nuts

Served with extra thick cream flavoured with orange blossom water and honey

Drinks

Aperitif included 

Bring your own wine

Sparkling and Still Water are included

A selection of soft drinks will be available
