Yes it’s another New year, this time it’s the Chinese year of the Dog. So, I feel it’s time to hit you up with an impromptu menu of my favourite chinese and taiwanese dishes, with maybe one or two fusion dishes from south east Asia too.
The menu will be posted here closer to the event as I want to source the correct and sustainable ingredients. However, it will be high quality and delicious using the best of Greek produce available. A glass or two of wine will be included, but please bring your own too.
Smoking only permited outside on the huge balconies, whilst you enjoy the incredible view!!!

Beef with spring onion, garlic and ginger, oyster sauce, toasted sesame
