Tarteletter ad libitum
Det tager tid at lave gode tarteletter.

 

 

Fritgående høns skal langtidssimre med vinterurter, inden kødet plukkes af benene. 

 

Bouillonen sigtes fra og reduceres til god smag og den rette konsistens – begge dele sikres med smør fra Arla Unika og lidt hvedemel. Heri blandes hønsekød, jordskokker, fintsnittet kål og masser af friskhakket persille.

It takes time to prepare tartlets the right way.

 

Free range chicken needs to simmer for hours before the meat is picked off the bones.

 

The both is strained and reduced to great flavour and the right texture – both achieved with the help of butter from Arla Unika and a bit of flour. Into the broth are mixed chicken meat, sunchokes, finely chopped kale and loads of fresh parsley.

 

 

It will be delicious!
